We are glad to announce that also Soliman Foundry has chosen the F1 moulding machine with the exclusive mould compaction process Savelli Formimpress®.
FONDERIE SOLIMAN S.P.A. was founded in Malo (Vicenza) in 1962 and has been run exclusive by brothers Placido and Livio Soliman since it was established. The company, which is spread over a surface area of 12,000 sq. m, 7,000 of which are covered, reached a productive capacity of approx. 12,000 tons/year in the year 2003. The markets which use the various types of grey and special iron worked by Fonderie Soliman go from the agricultural machine, machine tool and automobile sectors to mechanical items in general. Thanks to a relationship that has strengthened through time with leader companies in its sector, Fonderie Soliman has been able to obtain excellent quality standards combined with excellent levels of service, made possible by the use of the Just in time philosophy.

  New Savelli installation at Sungwoo Automotive Co, Ltd., South Korea
We are glad to announce that Savelli got an important order from Sungwoo Automotive Co, Ltd. for a new molding line for brake disks and different automotive castings.
After Metia Corporation (Hyundai Group) molding line, this is the second Savelli installation for brake disks and drums in Korea.
Sungwoo Automotive Co, Ltd. (성우오토모티브) is a South Korean automotive and auto parts Company headquartered in Seoul. The CEO of Sungwoo Automotive is Chung Mong-Yong, the youngest son of Chung Soon-Young and also the CEO of Hyundai Enercell. It specializes in customized engine parts, suspension parts, alloy wheels, and other car accessories.

  Perfect moulds at Buderus Kanalguss GmbH with the Savelli Formimpress® mould compaction process.
On the 21st of October 2009 Savelli signed a contract with Buderus Kanalguss GmbH for the modification the existing Kuenkel Wagner moulding line replacing the entire hydraulic systems to push flasks and pallet cars with the new generation El-Mecs (electro-mechanical devices with brushless motors) and for the replacement of the Heinrich Wagner Sinto EFA-SD 5 special Seiatzu moulding machine with 2 high performance Savelli F1 moulding machines (950x900x250/250mm, 200mph).
The new Savelli moulding machines, equipped with the latest generation mould compaction process Formimpress® (high pressure double squeeze), were selected in order to guarantee the best mould quality.
On the 19th of January 2010 the new installation produced the 1st moulds: we talk with facts!

 1st Sustentabilidade Award in Brazil for the new Castertech Foundry (Randon Group):
Dear Mr. Luigi Savelli,
We announce with satisfaction that on the 17/11/2009 the Foundry Castertech Fundição e Tecnologia Ltda won the SUSTENTABILIDADE award – 1st position in Brazil for the category of medium and big size companies.
This award ceremony is the recognition of the National Federation of Industries (CNI) for the quality of the Castertech project in the field of SUSTENTABILIDADE, where the main goal is the preservation of the ambient and the human being.
This award, without any doubt, reflects the effort of Randon Group for the Ambient, clearly showed with the investments in this sector.

New molding line for engine-blocks in China www.wlfdj.com.cn
We are proud to announce that we got the order from Liuzhou Wuling Liuji Power Co. for the delivery of a new F1 horizontal flask molding line 1100x900x320/320mm (110 mph).
The new plant will produce exclusively engine-blocks using the new generation mold compaction process Formimpress® and, in alternative, the air flow.
Liuzhou Wuling Liuji Power Co., Ltd. (short for WLLJ) is the biggest production base of small displacement engine in China.
With the first class of engine design, development ,manufacture and service, WLLJ had successfully designed and developed more than 100 types of petrol and diesel engines for relevant products.
In addition we will deliver to Wuling our new Savelli SK135 sand cooler (it will be the 44th cooler installed by Savelli in 9 years).
