Moulding lines and sand preparation plants are fully electronic controlled.
The electronic and automation department deals with all problems and questions connected with the projects concerning the Savelli plants and machineries:

complete software and hardware project;

man-machine interfacing system realization (moulding line PC supervision);

final testing and commissioning;

operators training;
-
customer service.
In the Savelli moulding lines, for high performance lines, the hydraulic operated transport systems for horizontal and vertical movements are replaced by El-Mec (electro-mechanical drive systems moved and controlled by brush-less motors).
