The prestigious South Korean foundry HYUNDAI SUNGWOO CASTING (www.hdswcasting.co.kr) has reconfirmed KS Formimpress molding technology for the new molding line for the production of castings and Automotive components.
Indeed, Hyundai Sungwoo has recently ordered Küttner Savelli S.r.l. a second high-performance molding line (900x700x250/250mm, 240 complete molds per hour).
Hyundai Sungwoo had already successfully installed a high speed SAVELLI molding line in 2010 for the production of brake disks and today it can confirm that the Formimpress technology is absolutely the best in terms of mold’s quality and sand/metal ratio; Hyundai Sungwoo Casting foundry team also confirms that the SAVELLI molding line efficiency is absolutely the highest compared to all the other installed molding lines.
